Rwabutaza Health & Fitness Club: 2022 Summer Boot Camp

Our 12-Week Summer Boot Program begins on Monday, June 20, 2022, and ends on Friday, September 09, 2022. We accept members worldwide: Our program is both, in-person and online.
Our mission is simple, to improve and optimize your:
1. Cardiovascular endurance, health and fitness (heart, lungs, blood vessels, circulatory system, metabolism, detoxification, deep sleep);
2. Body Composition (Body Mass Index, BMI, and Body Fat Percentage);
3. Muscular Strength;
4. Muscular Endurance; and
5. Flexibility
through healthy meal plans, physical exercise workouts, optimal sleeping and resting scheduling and healthy and fit living.
On every weekday from Monday to Friday, our workout program will be as follows:
From 6:00 pm sharp to 7:00 pm sharp, we will warm-up and stretch for muscle and body warming-up, loosening-up and flexibility, then we will sprint, run, jog or walk exactly 1.0 mile outdoors to the best of our abilities as a primary cardiovascular endurance training. The objective is to optimize one’s cardiovascular endurance by improving one’s 1.00 mile running time to under 8:00 minutes. Each member will begin and progress according to his or her fitness level, abilities and target goals.
Thereafter, from 7:00 pm sharp to 8:00 pm sharp (every Monday to Friday), we will be at the gym for Core Exercises, Plyometrics and Weight Training for weight loss, muscle toning, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition optimization and flexibility.
We finish off our training day with Cool-Down and Stretching exercises.If you are not a member of Rwabutaza Health and Fitness Club, we would like to welcome you.
